Appointments are reserved for you personally, therefore, a CANCELLATION FEE will apply if you do not cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.

  • Notices less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
  • Appointments made within a 24 hour period must be cancelled 4 hours in advance of the appointment or will result in charge equal to 50% of the service fee.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be charged as a no show and may be asked to reschedule.

A valid debit or credit card of required in order to reserve your appointment.

Confirmation Calls or Emails

As a courtesy we will contact via email, call, or text message to confirm your appointment. If we are not able to contact you it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times.

Extensions and Smoothing services require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. The deposite will be applied to the final bill.
